Are Family Courts Biased?

Due to the conventional belief that because mothers spend the most time with the children and play more of the parenting part, the fathers have always felt a victim of biased opinions. According to the 2012 data of ONS, there are 400,000 single parents currently living in the UK out of which, only 13.5% of them are single dads that make it a count of 54,000. This is a huge remark to suggest that the family court and family law solicitors Manchester are by no means biased towards any gender. After the rise of campaigns for the rights of fathers in separation cases, the family law changed its rules and started focusing more on the facts than on the traditional thought that only mother can take better care of a child.
